RFGreatness truly believes in educating the youth about the music industry and creating a safe space where they can showcase their talent. That is why we created "10,000 Hours Open Mic". Where High school students may come to the stage share 3 minutes worth of their creativity in any format they choose. Ranging from but not limited to art, dance, musical performances, instrumental performances, comedy, spoken word and poetry. In addition these students will receive performance tips, feedback and be provided with their performance footage to add to their social media accounts.
